My father, Charles Rudolph Owens, b. 15 Dec. 1900, Barbourville, d. 28 Sept. 1959, Nashville, TN - on his Harley with a trailer - the little girl in the trailer facing the camera was dad's sister Ruth Owens Sanders, b. 20 April 1904, Barbourville, d. 22 Jan. 1990, Barbourville. The small child beside Ruth is also his sister, Dorothy Owens Howard, b. 21 Nov. 1915, Barbourville, d. 19 Jan. 1948, Barbourville.
