Opal Bohannon 
A service was held Monday at St. John Lutheran Church in Palmer, with the Rev. Jonathan Rockey officiating. Burial was at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis. 
Mrs. Bohannon was born on Oct. 17, 1915, in Harlan County, Ky. She was a housewife who came to Alaska in July 1970. 
Mrs. Bohannon is survived by her daughter, Phyllis J. Renteria of Clarkston, Wash.; daughter and son-in-law, Betty J. Carpenter-Pulling, John V. Pulling of Eagle River; four grandsons; six granddaughters; eight great-grandsons; eight great-granddaughters; and three great-great-grandsons. 
Funeral arrangements were with Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E Street.
