| Jasire Boggs was shot and killed in Leslie County on April 27,
1918. He was buried the following day in Napier, Ky. Undertaker, was Marshal
Johnson. His parents were Silas Boggs and Susan Miniard. His trade was,
farmer. He was 27 at time of death. The informant was William Huff. Jasire
was married to Sally Johnson. Jasire had three sisters, Carrie Boggs Johnson;
Mae Boggs Nolan; Viola Boggs Farley; Two brothers Bish Boggs and William
