My notes by Elva
Many of the, photo's were owned by my grandmother Margaret Brewer Nolan.
I remember her fondly. She stayed with us in Brookside, Ky. Her hair was black, waist length and wavey. She carried a small silver spoon in her purse to scrape the apple from the peel. Mamaw always has peanut brittle candy. I have never know her to carry a gun as some cousins have written.

Mamaw always has peanut brittle candy. I have never know her to carry a gun as some cousins have written, she was a warn, loving grandmother and loved her children dearly. Having known my grandmother and all of her children. My grandma refered to her heritage as Black Dutch. All her children had black hair, brown eyes, and had dark skin.Three of my dads children
had these traits, myself, my brother Jack and my brother Adrian Jr.
