James Frederick Binkley

Died December 1, 1950 in Korea


Private Binkley was a member of Detachment E, 205th Signal Repair Company attached to the 6th Republic of Korea Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on December 1, 1950. Private Binkley was awarded the Purple Heart, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.


This is a picture of my uncle, James Frederick Binkley. Killed in Korea during The Battle of Chosen Reservoir, 1 Dec 1950
