Woman: Indian Name - CROOKED WOMAN; English Name - Anna LITTLE ELK; Name on Allotment Roll - Anna LITTLE ELK; Age - 24; Relationship to Each Other - None; Blood or Nationality - Full Blood; Tribe or Citizenship - Cheyenne; Name of Father - BLACK KETTLE; Name of Mother - MOVING AWAY; Previous Marriage - None.

They Wish to be Married 1. By a clergyman in accordance with the laws of this Territory.

I hereby certify, That Max Van HORN and Anna LITTLE ELK, known by me to be the persons described in the above license, were married by me on the 26th day of Ocober 1902 at Kingfisher Indian Mission in the Territory of Oklahoma in compliance with the laws of said Territory by declaring in our presence their intention to live together permanently as husband and wife.
