The April 2019 meeting of the Madison County
Genealogical Society was held at the Hayner Public
Library Genealogical Section on Saturday, April 20, at 11:00 am.
As this meeting was not of the regular
format, there was no treasurer’s report.

Meeting
On April 20, 2019, several of
the Madison County Genealogical Society met at the Hayner
Public Library Genealogical Section in Alton, Illinois. We were given a tour of
the facilities and had some time to do research as we wished.
If you have never been to
this section of the Hayner Public Library, you should
go at your first opportunity. The personnel are friendly and helpful; the
facilities quiet and pleasant; and the source materials plentiful and useful.
