WVDAR State Conference awarded Trans-Allegheny Daughter Pat Goodwin with a First Place Original Program entitled "Military Anthems."
2009
Receiving First Place in the WVDAR and Finalist in the East Central Division's Membership Committees' Essay Contest was Pat Goodwin who honored Past Regent Julia Bragg as the Trans-Allegheny Chapter, NSDAR member who mentored and provided the most support to her during her application process.
