I am looking for information on the family of J. DORSEY THRASHER who located at Forest Hill in 1876 where he married EMMA CAMPBELL 1/2/1881. His children were Horace C. b.10/6/1881, Claude L. b.3/26/1886 Dorsey Glenn b. 3/11/1889, died 9/15/1891, Paul G. b. 12/31/1892. J. Dorsey was a doctor and must have praaticed in Forrest Hill. I'm hoping there may be some living relatives still there. I have information on Thrasher clear back to Germany [DRESCHER/AUGENSTINE] I am related to FREDERICK THRASHER b. 9/21/1769 and NANCY FILSON by their daughter Rhoda born 7/10/1813. I am looking for information on my great grandparents, JAMES JEREMIAH MCLAUGHLIN married to MARGARET JANE COULTER. James was an Irish immigrant from Donegal Co. He likely came around 1860's. Margaret was born in Pocahontas Co. Feb. 15,1860. They had four sons, James, John, Thomas, and Theodore Warren. My grandfather, Theodore Warren was born January 1, 1905 in Jumping Branch. I am looking for any information on the GRIMMITT family from Hinton WV My grandmother was HELEN GRIMMITT-PATITUCCI her parents were ODESSA WILLIAMS -GRIMMITT and UYLESSES GRIMMITT. It is belived Uylesses had a wife before Odessa. I do not know her name. There were no children. I would like to more about Loammi's parents and siblings. I would also like to know more about Loammi and Jane's children. I do know that Loammi died July 26, 1858 in Brush Creek Monroe Co W Va. Any information will be greatly appreciated as I do not have any further info on the above families.
