Dolores M. Lockley, 68

Delores Mae Rohrbaugh Lockley, 68, Petersburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2001, at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg.

She was born Aug. 13, 1933, at New Creek and was a daughter of the late Alvin Owen Rohrbaugh and Katie Rosalie O'Brien Rohrbaugh.

She was employed at the Pizza Hut in Petersburg for nine and one half years and was Protestant by faith.

Surviving are two daughters, Donna Lynn Smith, Maysville, and Rachelle Thorne, Rig; four sons, Donald Eugene Rohrbaugh, Tony Wayne Rohrbaugh and James Thomas "Tom" Lockley, all of Petersburg, and Edward Wayne Rohrbaugh, Cabins; two sisters, Shirley Keplinger, Petersburg, and Patricia Hedrick, Upper Tract; two brothers Clarence Everly Rohrbaugh and Bill David Rohrbaugh, both of Petersburg; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Bruce Cosner conducted the funeral at 2 p.m. Friday at the Basagic Funeral Home in Petersburg. Burial was at Maple Hill Cemetery in Petersburg.

Julie Diane Teter, 26

Jule Diane Teter, 26, of Nashville, TN, formerly of Charleston, died Aug 12, 2001.

She was a cosmetologist for Trim Salon in Nashville, TN, and a member of the Christ Church of Nashville, TN. She graduated from George Washington High School in 1993 and attended the University of Kentucky and was a graduate of Jon Nave University of Cosmetology in Nashville, TN.

Surviving parents, Dr. Donald F. and Mrs. Jean Teter of Elkview; sister and brother-in-law, Amy Teter Christie and Erik David Christie of South Charleston; twin brother, Robert Vance Teter of Huntington; maternal grandmother, Maxine Cobb of Charleston; paternal grandparents Dr. and Mrs. H. Byrd Teter of Franklin and Mr. Ray A. and Mrs. Mary F. Runyon of South Charleston.

Services were conducted by her Uncle Stephen Teter, Saturday, Aug, 18, at Bible Center Church, Charleston. Burial was in Cunningham Memorial Park.
