WILL OF WILLIAM PARSONS

I William Parsons of the County of Kanawha and State of Virginia do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following - that is to say

First, It is my desire all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors herein after named

Secondly, After the payment of debts and funeral expenses , I give and bequeath to my step daughter Jane Parsons who now resides with me and to her heirs and to her heirs and assigns forever all my estate both real and personal of what nature or kind so ever it may be.

And Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint Matthew Dunbar Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testaments heretofore made. In witnesses whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of July 1835.

The last will and testament of Williams Parsons deceased was this day presented in court proved by the oaths of C Evans Doddridge and Henson Waggoner subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
