WILL OF JAMES HAYZLETT
The last will and testament of James Hayzlett of Kanawha County, State of Virginia considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory blessed be almighty god for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife …… Hayzlett all my personal estate goods and challets of what kind and nature so ever whom, I hereby revoking all former wills by me made, In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the second day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and thirty three.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named James Hayzlett to his last will and testament in the presence of us at his request and his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
