| Daniel Davisson Chapter, NSDAR was organized October 21, 1908. Our name was adopted in honor of the Organizing Regent, Florence Davisson Posts' great grandfather, a Revolutionary War patriot. Other charter members included her daughter, Florence Post, Virginia May Annon, Louise C Mahon Furgee, Eoline Bartlett Hustead, Harriet Maxwell Jarvis, Edna Hustead Law, Lillie Jarvis Maxwel, Mary M, McCarty, Laura Johnson Pirce, Willie V Smithstone, and Lucie Hart Wilson. |
