The above course is eight weeks long and costs £1.70 per hour teaching students how to get free family history software and how to use it to store your personal information along with adding photographs, audio & visual sources. It also shows students how to use ‘gedcom’ communication through the Internet.

The above is a free taster session looking at studying Family History resources on the Internet for those who have completed the Family History course or are conversant with Family History. This course is completely free but it would help to monitor numbers if you could ring and book a free place. This could be followed up with a course on the same subject taking place on a Saturday morning.

A telephone call to the respective local authority community education department prior is best to confirm as these are provisional times, dates and venues.
