Meetings of our Pontypool branch are held at St Johns Church, Wainfelin, NP4 6EQ. this is to the north of Pontypool Town Centre, and has the post (that can be for satellite navigation). In the following map zoom out, using the zoom out button, to see the network of roads over a wider area:

The church is on the corner of Penywain Road and St Johns Close, There is parking space at the side of the Church in St Johns Close, and the main entrance is at the front:

Meetings are held on the second and last Friday of the month starting at 7.00pm. The first of the meetings, open to members and visitors alike, hosts a visiting lecturer speaking on a topic of genealogical or local historical interest. The second meeting offers members a chance to use the extensive branch resources.
