WHERE WE MEET |
|
Meetings of our Chepstow & Wye Valley Branch are held in Room 1 of Chepstow Leisure Centre, NP16 5LR. This is on the site of Chepstow Comprehensive School at the top end of Welsh Street. In the following map zoom out, using the button, to see the network of roads over a wider area:
The entrance to the site is shown on the 'street view' below, and the post code for satellite navigation is NP16 5LR. Bear right on the one-way system past the main school building to the visitors' car park. This is to the south east of the Leisure Centre, the entrance to which is at the top of the steps.

THE PARISHES WE COVER |
|
The Registration Districts and Sub-Districts shown in the following table are those originally allocated to the parishes as shown in the 1851 census.
Some parishes had changed by the 1911 census, and some new parishes had been created. For those details, and details of the towns, villages and hamlets within parishes, see the list of 'Place Names In Wales: Monmouthshire' in the 1911 Census section of the Association of Family History Societies of Wales website.
