PROBATE RECORDS

Kay Scholtz wrote the UWSP about Probate Records and this is the response she received.

Waushara County Probate Records are at the State Historical Society in Madison, "They are an unprocessed collection and the inclusive dates are 1868-1939. RLIN # is WIHV88-A276. You should contact the State Historical Society to see when they might be available. State Historical Society, 816 State Street, Madison, WI. 53706, or 1-608-264-6535 (reference desk)." This from Bonnie Price UWSP Archives.

That's Kay for letting us have this information. It all helps.
