Dear Frank:

I am sending you a form to be notarized.  The information you sent was just what I needed.  Thank you for your co-operation.

Take the Bible with you when you go to the notary as he has to inspect the record and certify that it is just as shown on the form.  It was made some time after grandfather Moore died while the Bible was in my father’s possession.  It was at least 40 years or more ago.

Notary should use typewriter or black ink.

                Thanking you again. I remain

                                                                                Yours sincerely,

                                                                                                Roy S. Moore

                P.S. am enclosing $2.00 for

Notary fee and other expenses. “

In addition, there was a Reward for Merit card from school for Willie Moore from his teacher Emma Ma….
