MRS WILHELMINE SELL IS DEAD

 

Mrs Wilhelmina Sell, who has made her home with her daughter, Mrs Julius Buettner, for a number of years, died Tue morning.  Wilhelmine Burmeister was born Mar 25, 1928 in Heidebrecht, Pommern, Germany, was married to William Sell in Germany in 1849.  She came with her husband to this country in 1868, settling in Pella, Shawano County, where she lived until her death.  There were 8 children born to her, namely Augusta, Minnie, Amelia, Edward, Robert, Bertha, Frank and Elizabeth, those who are still surviving being Mrs Julius Buettner, Pella; Mrs Amelia Messerschmidt, Anaheim, Calif.; Edward Sell, Santa Ana, Cal; Frank Sell, Belle Plaine.  She also leaves 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
