The following is an index of the Declarations of Intent filed in Pierce County, Wisconsin between 1854 and 1907. Many of these documents are badly damaged. Many more are written on what appears to be scraps of paper torn from a tablet. There is absolutely NO set format to these. Some contain the country of origin and the age at the time the Declaration was made, but certainly not all. When there is extra information I have included that in the notes. |
