St. John's Evan. Lutheran Cemetery-Valmy

Town of Sevastopol, Door County, Wisconsin

 

Location:  0.1 Mile North of the junction of Hwy 57 and Brauer Road on Brauer Road to the cemetery which is on the Northwest corner of

              the junction of Brauer Road and Whitefish Bay Road.  Fire number 4911.

              SE corner SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 12.

 

              It is the parish cemetery for St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church-Valmy and is maintained in good condition.

Tues. 21 Dec 2010, at home of John and Rhonda SEILER where he resided the past five years; *Source: OBITUARY-HUEHNS Funeral Home: Ronald "Ron" F. KIEHNAU, (69), of Institute, passed away with family at his side-parents: Fred "Fritz" and Doris (SCHULTZ) KIEHNAU-enjoyed working at the Sunshine House-loved to be on the farm, especially watching his father work the fields along with his three sisters-loved his mom and the tender care she gave him all of his life-Apart from his home, his life was the Sunshine House Family. He would look forward each day for the bus to take him to work at the Sunshine House. If it was the weekend or a snow day it was not a good day for Ron because the Sunshine House Bus was not coming for him. Bowling with the Sunshine House, camping and going to the movies with the SEILER family were some of his favorite activities he participated in-survived by his loving mother, Doris of Carlsville; three sisters, Suzanne "Sue" NELSON of Sturgeon Bay, Becky (Terry) KIEHNAU-CONLON of Sturgeon Bay, and Carrie (Doug) PETERSILKA of Sturgeon Bay; nieces and nephews, Julie (Kerry) DRAGSETH (their children, Kendra and Kendall) , Greg (Karen) NELSON (their children, Trevor and Braeden), Tylor (Gretchen) TORSTENSON (and their son, Tryston), Brooke (Jack) TONG, Mallory (Robert) HABERLI; his caregivers, the SEILER family, John and Rhonda and their children, Ryan, Nathan, Trevor and Emma-preceded in death by his father, Fritz and his brother-in-law, John NELSON-Funeral services held Sunday (26 Dec 2010) at St. John Lutheran Church in Valmy, with Rev.
