The following is a photo that was shared to the PGS by Myrle WELHAVEN of her PALMER Grandparents: Frederick Bertram PALMER and wife Lucy HENDRICKS on their 50th Wedding anniversary in 1943. They were married on 24 Dec 1893 Frederick PALMER laid the first cement sidewalks in the city of Sturgeon Bay. You can still find his name incised on the sidewalks by the Moravian Church and Catholic Church in Sturgeon Bay. (2010)
