Here you will find an Alphabetical Table of all Door County Cemeteries. The indexes are in the process of being added and updated to our PGS Website. Those cemeteries that are included have the year that the index was completed cited with the Cemetery Name.
As the indexes have been created with references to which stones are near other stones which will represent family ties and others are noted as "ossw"-(on same stone with) they were not combinable into one complete index of names in Door County Cemeteries.
The Search Engine on the HOMEPAGE will give you the individual cemetery/cemeteries that has your surnames included.

*Above: Sally TREICHEL, PGS Member, at Lake View Cemetery in the Town of Jacksonport. Sally has been very instrumental in the creation of the Indexes of Door County Cemeteries in the 1970's as a member of the Wisconsin Old Cemetery Society.
**Our Thanks to Sue HAVEL, our PGS President-2009** for all the Door County Cemeteries Transcriptions she has done since 1999.
She has SINGLE-HANDEDLY transcribed the Cemeteries in the Civil Towns of Southern Door County including the Towns of Union, Gardner, Brussels, Clay Banks, Forestville, and Nasewaupee.
The PGS Cemetery Group is working on indexing and taking digital pictures of stones for Door County. Please click on this link button to find out more of what we are doing:
PGS CEMETERY PROJECT= Written transcript taken of each stone as well as digital photos-index created or added to old index, then photos are linked.
PHOTO SURVEYS=No transcription was taken, just digital photos of all stones which were then named-from which an index was created or added to/changed old index, and then photos linked.
