Mary ROBINSON KELLY found the following pictures at an antique store in Delaware on Saturday, 12 Nov 2011.  She purchased the box of pictures.  Only two of the pictures were from Wisconsin, the rest from Pennsylvania.  The back of one of the Wisconsin photos had the following information written on it:  Violet G. (Gertrude) CORNELL, daughter of George and Gertrude (lighthouse keeper)-born 29 January 1901-picture taken 2 September 1901.  Wanting to return this picture to any family member, Mary attached the picture to an e-mail she sent to the PGS on Sunday, 13 Nov 2011.  In the same box of pictures that Mary purchased in the antique shop in Milton Delaware was another picture taken in Racine Wisconsin (see below) which has nothing written on the back.  Could this be Violet CORNELL grown up-possibly in the 1920's (clothing)??   Mary sent that picture to the PGS via e-mail on 28 Nov 2011.

It is rare that there is information on the back of photos found in antique stores, etc., and rarer still for someone to purchase pictures for the express purpose of returning them to the rightful family.  We thank Mary for her kindness and diligence in submitting Violet G. CORNELL's picture(s) so Violet's family may have the photos.  We hope that someone in the CORNELL Family will come forward to lay claim to them.
