Last but certainly not least, is the brand new book by Mary Jane Hettinga, the executuve director of the Marathon County Historical Society. It is called Wausau Chronicles, and sells for $37.50. It is a compilation of 65 of her articles to the Daily Herald, and is all about the early days of Wausau, and its history. A GREAT buy!
