The Langlade County Genealogical Society

The Langlade County Genealogical Society's main purposes are to create and nurture interests in genealogy and family history, to gather and preserve the records of ancestors, founders and early settlers of our county, and to aid individuals in their genealogical pursuits. We are a chapter of the Wisconsin State Genealogical Society.

We are here to provide a base for all those interested in Family History and their ancestors. We dedicate ourselves to the preservation of the family values set up by our forefathers. Our goal is to be sure that for future generations the lives and times of our ancestors stay alive.

Our townships include Ackley, Ainsworth, Antigo, Elcho, Evergreen, Langlade, Neva, Norwood, Parrish, Polar, Price, Peck, Rolling, Summit, Upham, Vilas and Wolf River.

We hold regular meetings, and membership is available.  Please check out our new website:
