Your Kenosha County web site is fantastic, beautiful and very helpful.
Thank you for all the time you must put into it so that we with Kenosha ancestors
can find info. It's one of the best sites I've seen on the gen web.

Hi,
I live in New York State. I recently purchased an antique Carriage Step
made out of wrought iron. It is marked "Racine W. & C. Co. I had no idea
what this meant. But now, thanks to your website, I found out that it
was produced by The Racine Wagon and Carriage Company.
I can't imagine how many hours I would have spent trying to research
this piece without a Computer and a Great Website!
Thanks

I was able to find my great-grandfather's and great-grandmother's, August
Maaske and Johanna Sellnow Maaske, grave site in Hosmer Cemetery along with a
photo of their grave stone. Had the same finding for my great uncle William
Maaske and his wife. The 1903-1904 Kenosha County, WI Directory, County - by
Residents provided me with a description of the land owned my great Uncle Wm.
Maaske.
Thank very much for service and help.

Just wanted to let you know that I found my husbands grandparents
in your Kenosha News brides section. I followed the instructions given to
receive a copy of the announcement and am very happy to report that I received
a prompt reply. I now have a copy of the newspaper article thanks to you
and your site. Kathy --- 11/06/99

Jackie - I want to thank you for your site! Because of you,
I was able to connect with a woman who was willing to do a look-up for me.
She found my mother's birth announcement and my grandfather's date of birth
and in the city/county of WI in the Kenosha news. I am forever grateful because
now I can request the formal record (if there is one!) because I never had
the date before today, so ...thanks! Michelle Laycock was the person who
helped me on line. Connie Tierney, Atlanta,
