Looking for info on Charles Rector family. His first
wife's name was Cornelia Van Schoonhoven. They
lived in Herman township during the 1850 census.
During the 1860 census Charles Rector was listed
with a different wife(Marriet or Maryett)in the
town of Asippun. I Know that Cornelia died in 1858
I'm wondering if Marriet was Conrelia's sister who was married
to a Joseph H. O'Conner who might have also died.
An older man Joseph Rector, which I assumed was
Charles' father, lived with them. Thanks Sheila

I'm working on my husband's Richard and Grace

was a minister. Their children were Margaret
(married William MASON); Richard (married Mary
Smith in St. Paul); John J.; Henry; Mary

number of brothers of the older Richard in the
area from census records, etc. Hope to locate
others who descend from these lines.
