A lot of people don't like mailing lists and feel that they get too much email from them. My personal opinion is that I would rather wade thru a thousand posts of non- interest rather than miss that one tiny piece of my genealogy that might be there. I have located more on my family tree thru this system than all the time I spent in libraries.
