To my brother Jedediah Wells and wife and James Wells and wife, Nathan Wells and wife and George Wells and wife, Joshua Polly who married my sister Nancy and wife and Roswell Wells and wife

....Note that I have other relatives to whom I have given no part of my little estate and I have my reasons for not including them...

Appoint my sister in law Desire Wells executor.

Asa Wells administrator- Asa Wells and Ephraim Wells bonded. Debts owed by the estate: to Silas Wells, Eliab Wells, Noah Wells, Henry Wells, Solomon Wells

....give to my nephew Thomas Wells, the son of Bille Wells all my real estate

....to my nephew Bille Wells the second my sorrel horse

....to my niece Mary Wells, dau.of my brother Bille Wells all my household furniture and women's clothing and I also give to the said Mary my sorrel mare

....all the rest to my said nephew Thomas.

Appoint John Goodrich, the second, admin.
