William W. Button, was born about 1840 in Connecticut and died in 1893. He served as a private in Company M, 1st Connecticut Artillery from August 1864 to August 1865.

Elias Clark, was born about 1832 and died sometime between 1910 and 1920. He served in the Union Army from two different states; first the 74th Illinois Infantry from August 1862 to January 1863 where he was discharged with a disability; and Company D 20th Michigan Infantry from September 1864 until May 1865.

Nathaniel P. Hoag, was born about 1815 in Vermont and died November 24, 1897. He enlisted in the New York Infantry in July 1862 at Elizabethtown as a Private. He was a Full Sergeant when he mustered out in June 1865 at Richmond, Virginia.

James D. Iddings, was born about 1842 in Virginia and died April 9, 1902. He enlisted as a private in Company A, 54th Infantry Regiment Virginia. He was hospitalized in September 1863 and was a P.O.W. in May 1864 at Dallas. Georgia. He enlisted in the 3rd Infantry Regiment Regular U.S. Army in October 1864 and was discharged in November 1865 in Kansas.

Lewis Warren, was born about September 1824 in Connecticut and died in March 1902. He served in the Union Army as a private in the 15th Iowa Volunteer Infantry, Company D and K from November 1861 to February 1863. He later mustered into Company B, 13th Regiment, Iowa Volunteers in November 1864 and was mustered out in July 1865 in Kentucky with a commendation for his distinguished service.
