DR. TAYLOR AND MISS FRANCIS HUBBELL MARRIED

One of the prettiest weddings...was the marriage, on Wednesday evening of Dr. W. A. TAYLOR
and Miss Francis HUBBELL at the home of the bride's father, representative J. C. HUBBELL,
corner 7th and Walnut Streets. The bride ... lived here all her life. She attended the schools of Ellensburg, afterwards
graduating from the Bennett School of Millbrook, New York. Dr. TAYLOR, the groom, is one of
the leading physicians and surgeons of Ellensburg having resided here for the past six years.
He recently spent a year in Europe studying and practicing his profession. The ceremony was performed ...by Rev. W. J. SHARPE of the First Presbyterian Church of
Ellensburg... The couple were attended by Mr. Fred ROSS and Miss Ruth CARROLL of Ellensburg. Mr. and Mrs. TAYLOR...will spend their honeymoon on the Sound. They will be at home...
at the BOSSONG cottage on 3rd street, after February 1st.

REV. W. L. STRAUB ACCEPTS PASTORATE OF CHRISTIAN CHURCH

to the First Christian Church which has called him as their pastor. Rev. STRAUB and his wife
will make their home at 206 B street.

INFANT SON OF MR. AND MRS. C. C. FISKE DIES MONDAY NIGHT

The one month old infant son of Mr. and Mrs. C. C. FISKE died suddenly at the family home
on east Eleventh street Sunday night after only a few hours illness. The funeral was held
at the FISKE home ... conducted by Rev. Charles L. W. REESE of the Episcopal Church. Burial
was in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Mr. FISKE is a linotype operator at the Record office...

LOCAL EVENTS

Mr. and Mrs. E. E. WAGER are the...parents of a fine nine pound baby boy which arrived at
their home last week. Frank LEAMER, N. P. Engineer, was held up at Pasco a few nights ago and relieved of the
proceeds of his paycheck, amounting to $140.00. Dr. E. V. PERRY and wife have returned from a several months' trip to South American
countries. Doctor M. G. HARRELL and wife left Sunday for Florida...to have the doctor treated for
partial paralysis. Mrs. Lute A. JUNGST was called to Tacoma, Saturday on account of the serious illness of
her mother, Mrs. E. E. WALLACE... Miss HUFFMAN who has been boarding with Mr. and Mrs. L. A.
JUNGST is stopping at R. A. TURNER's during Mrs. JUNGST's absence. Mrs. L. A. KENNEY and daughter Marjory are expected home this week from an extended visit
in Brookston, Indiana. Al JONES has removed his grill and saloon to his new quarters on Third Street... A girl baby was born to Mr. and Mrs. B. A. MAXEY at their home in the Menastash canyon
last Sunday. [They] formerly lived in Ellensburg for a number of years. Mr. WEBBER of the Edgemont district who died last Saturday was buried by the Odd Fellows
from the Presbyterian Church, Monday. The NICHOLSON Auto and Machine shop are now ready for business in their new brick garage
building on Main Street. Mr. A. B. DUNNING, ...Nanum rancher, was married at the home of H. F. BLEDSOE in
Ellensburg Saturday afternoon to Mrs. Vestin B. KEENON of Chicago, a sister of Mrs. BLEDSOE.
They will make their home on the DUNNING ranch. W. J. PAYNE is living out at his dairy ranch during this cold weather.
