MAYO, MOYSE, MAYHEW, MAYEUS (MAILLOUX) FAMILY

MAYO, MOYSE, MAYHEW, MAYEUS (MAILLOUX) FAMILY

Clues:

The problem in identifying the parentage of this immigrant

is that his father married twice, and both times to a woman

whose family was "dit Lajoie".His baptism has not yet

been located, while the vague information as to his age in

the Vermont records could make him either a youngest son of

the first marriage or an older son of the second marriage.
