A

Tribute

To

jist ole Paul”

Paul Sheridan Collins

1927-2021

Dear Paul, what can I say? Nothing or at least nothing that would do you justice. I just don’t have the words. You were one of the most interesting men I have ever had the pleasure to know. Of course, our friendship started over genealogy but went way beyond that. Our phone calls would start with a question or two & end up discussing your travels as a salesman, childhood experiences or whatever but always entertaining & educational. I will miss you dear friend but know you’re in a better place & with your dear Geneva. Barb Camery Reininger

Paul found adventure all of his life, going to Walmart was an adventure and his memories from the past, How fortunate he shared his humor and stories with us, we were truly blessed to have known him. He was proud of his heritage, loved his family dearly and will be remembered for many years to come. Thank you Paul for helping me find my Floyd families, the beginning of our friendship 20 years ago. Joyce Hawkins

Paul shared so much of himself, of his life’s stories, it’s hard to believe that such a big personality is gone, but he left such a lively legacy with so many friends. He will never be forgotten. Paula Kelley Ward

I surely will miss your wit and wisdom, Ol' Paul. A great friend. Jeanne Kopp Mower

Such a wonderful man ...he will be missed greatly. Tammy Harrison Booth

This is such a great loss for everyone! Paul always had an answer when I was struck and trying to figure out about my long lost ancestors!! If it hadn't been for him I would have just give up!! Sending lots of love and prayers to all of his family! Wanda Simpkins
