In obedience to an order of the Worshipful County Court of Chesterfield I have examined the accounts, vouchers.....of Thomas D. HOWARD one of the Exec. of James HOWARD and also the account vouchers...of Henry HOWARD the other exec of the said Estate. It appears to your Commissioners that in the year 1824 certain commissioners settled the account of said Exec. and reports do balance in their hands of $402.46 of which balance your Commissioners find the sum of $249.00 due by the executor Thomas D. HOWARD, which sum........commissioners has placed to the credit of Patsy HOWARD as .......confirmed that the ..............of James HOWARD deceased, and that the said Thomas D. HOWARD was afterward the sole devisee of the said Patsy HOWARD Your court further finds that as that .......there was a balance in the hands of the executor Henry HOWARD of $159.94.........the balance as ......of $402.46. But your Commissioners begs leave also..............................................

.................................................................has paid on account of his testators Estate......sums of money at various times which ......from the above balance leaves a balance of $109.75 only of which balance the sum of $84.16 is principal and $25.00 is interest all of which the foregoing accounts willfully show.....all of which is respectfully submitted.
