Bowen Home, Brandy Station
This is the "Bowen home" in Brandy Stn. It is still there today, although in color and spruced up a bit :) It is on Carrico Mills Rd. a
couple of houses behind the RR Station, on the left-hand side of the street as you turn onto that road from the highway (Bailey's
store would be on the right and this house is on the left, past Bailey's a bit). My father and his father were born there. This house
was built about 1910-12 after the original burned down (children played with matches in a closet but no one was hurt).
