Utah Immigration & Naturalization

Utah's naturalization records are located in the probate
courts from 1850 to 1874 and in the U.S. territorial
courts from 1850 to 1896. The probate courts were
abolished in 1896, and the state district courts then had
the power to naturalize from that date on.
