Joseph was born in Lonsdale, RI on May 21, 1866
but moved to Fall River when he was a few months old. He was a
State Representative from the 8th Bristol District from
Fall River in 1893 and 1894. His parents were Thomas and
Catherine Mooney. Isabella was born on October 28, 1868.
She was the daughter of Dennis and Catherine (Green) O’Neil.
