In accordance with the Bylaws, Article III, DIRECTORS, Section 13, 
Action Without Meeting, and the Idaho Nonprofit Corporation 
Act, 30-3-75, ACTION WITHOUT MEETING, this 05th day of 
April 2000, the Board of Directors of the American Local History 
Network, Inc., hereby unanimously resolves, effective this date, 
to appoint Norm Vance, President, and Barbara Lavin, 
Secretary and Treasurer.

Voted on and discussed were:
The Appointments of Norm Vance as President
and Barb Lavin as Sec/Tres.


Both Norm Vance and Barb Lavin voted aye

appointnents passed unanimously


Resolved:

Meeting on March 31, 2000 illegal and is null and void
This is based on no quorum of 5 out 9.  4 of the 9
Directors were present.

All ALHN topics, township, county and state coordinators 
are full members of ALHN
