Membership of Heritage First! is open to anyone interested in Local or Family History.

Geographically, the area covered by the Centre is "Lancashire North of the Sands" Furness and Cartmel.

Our Journal is sent free to members.  It covers topics such as
articles of general interest, book reviews, computers and
members' matters.

Over the winter months we usually hold monthly meetings featuring a guest speaker on a topic of historic interest.
