February     Tom Scaggs, Fanthorp Inn at Anderson, providing history on stagecoach drivers and historical accounts of travels between Anderson and Boonville during the 1800s.

March         Chapter Historian Kyle Jones' program on his ancestor, Elisha Floyd.

April            Dr David Woodcock, providing historical look at Texas architecture during the early days of the Republic of Texas and extensive background on historical buildings at Texas A&M University.

September   Bryan McAuley program on the San Felipe De Austin historic state site.

November    Ken Howell, Blinn College history professor, executive director of the Central Texas Historical Association.

2014

January Avrel Seale, local Seale Family descendant and Speech Writer for the President of the University of Texas spoke on Robert Henry, the Immigrant from Ireland who came to Brazos/Robertson County, Texas in 1820s to  scout out a settlement area for other s form Ireland to travel to at a later date. The Henry and Seale Families became the early population foundation of the area.

February         Dr. Caroline Castillo Crimm, Sam Houston State University history professor, historical look at Martin de Leon and family.

March         David Hanover, President General of SRT and KSJ spoke on the Republic of Texas Navy.  The presentation included the history of the founding of the Republic of Texas Navy and some of its key battles and victories.

April          Jeff Carroll, legendary stories ofpeople, places and things from early Texas history

September         District Representative George Nelson, historical sketch of his ancestor, John Drayton Pitts

November          Barry Hendler, overview of his Republic of Texas financial documents collection.

2013

January Members Jerry and Blair Fannin on their Ancestor, George Washington Lang, participant in the struggle for Independence of Texas and fought in the Battle of San Jacinto.

February Honorable Walter W. Rogers, Master of the Grand Lodge of Texas, Ancient Free & Accepted Masons on Freemasonry in Texas in the period preceding and during the Republic of Texas and the early years following Statehood.

March Member Mervin Peters presented The History Channel movie The Alamo portions covering the events leading up to the Battle and portions of the battle scenes.

April Mac Woodward, Director of the Sam Houston Museum presented the importance of the life of Sam Houston in the history of Texas.

September Member Mervin Peters presented The History Channel movie about the Early Texas Rangers.

November Houston McGaugh, Director of the Star of Texas Museum at Washington-on-the-Brazos on the relevance of W-o-t-B during the Republic of Texas era

2012

January Member John Hicks on the Runaway Scrape which his Ancestor Ann Reeves McMillan experienced first hand

February Dennis Green, Superintendent, Monument Hill State Park in LaGrange, an overview of the park attractions including the Tomb of those buried form the Dawson Massacre and those who died on the Mier Expedition in Mexico

March Walter Buenger, PhD, Professor of History at Texas A&M on Texas in the 1820-1846 time frame.

April Member Tom McDonald on the Battle of San Jacinto and the impact The Yellow Rose of Texas may have had.

September Member and Secretary Mervin Peters presented extensively on a possible chapter project involving relocating and restoring an 1850�s dogtrot log cabin from just east of the Brazos County line on Hwy 30 to land fronting the Republic of Texas era Boonville Cemetery. The area will be known as Boonville Heritage Park.

October Philip Sandel on his Ancestor Jose Antonio Navarro, a Texas Statesman, revolutionary, politician and merchant.

December Charles P. Briggs, III, PPG & KSJ on his Ancestor, Ann Harvey Briggs, a notable woman of Robertson county, Texas History and a survivor of the infamous Harvey Massacre.
