BRYAN - The William Joel Bryan Chapter #14 of the Son's of the Republic of Texas recently inducted two new members and gave special recognition to one chapter member. Kyle Jones and Charles Ponder were inducted into the chapter by President John Hicks. Chapter member Jimmy Johnson received special recognition for maintaining the chapter website the past two years. President General and Knight of San Jacinto David Hanover provided an informative program on the Texas Navy. The local Chapter will meet on April 23rd, 2014 at CJ's BBQ in Bryan.
