Van Zandt County's Genealogical Research Group The Van Zandt County Genealogical Research Group is a group of dedicated genealogical researchers who would like to help those with Van Zandt County ancestors in their family history research. We do this free of charge, it is a labor of love. We are not a society. We don't have meetings and we don't have dues. For membership in this group, all you have to do is your own family research and to help others whenever possible. And contributions of family related material to this website are always welcomed. We also welcome volunteers who would like to extract and type public records for placement on the website.
The Group is a not for profit group. We only request reimbursement for copying charges and that postage be paid whenever printed material is mailed. Donations are always welcome and the funds will be used for supplies and research materials. For assistance with your Van Zandt County research, email Sibyl Creasey.
