1. How to Subscribe: Send a message to [email protected] that contains (in the body of the message) the command
   subscribe
   and no additional text.
2. How to unsubscribe: Send a message [email protected] that contains (in the body of the message) the command
   unsubscribe
   and no additional text.
3. How to change to Digest mode (several postings are combined and sent to you together as a single large message). There are two steps. First, send the command "unsubscribe" to [email protected] to discontinue mail mode. Second, send the command "subscribe" to [email protected] to start receiving digests.
4. If you'd like to post a message so everyone on the mailing list receives it, just send it to [email protected]. It will then be sent on to everyone in both mail and digest mode. You don't need to send it explicitly to both.

Please, no arguments. No insults, on or off, to other list people.Take differences of opinion with 'a grain of salt', or off line to individual email. NO ATTACHMENTS to the list, and rootsweb will only take text, not special formatting.

Please, clean up your information in your posts with 'cut and pasting' snips, so all this list gets is a snipped version with the pertinent site in your message. Please don't send "Forwards" to the list, clean it up!
