I Jacob A. RUPLEY Captain of “The Lone Star Rifles” a military company formed in the Town of Victoria, County of Victoria and State of Texas under the Laws of the State of Texas do hereby certify under oath that said company was organized on the first instant in the Town and County aforesaid under the name aforesaid as a company of Rifles and that the following are the names of the officers and members of said company at the date of this certificate, to wit:
