The photograph above is of the gate and archway at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The skyline of Downtown Fort Worth is visible through the portals. Cavary Cemetery is bounded by Oakwood Cemetery on three sides and must be entered through Oakwood. Although it is encompassed within the same fence, it is not a part of Oakwood. Until recent years, records of burials were kept only by representatives of the Catholic Church.
