Married Sarah Jane SCOTT, appx. 1868, place unknown. In 1873 he was living with his pregnant wife and two children: Iscoe "Coe" SUTTON, Sarah SUTTON, when he was shot and killed at his farmhouse. Shortly after his third child was born, Emma Linne SUTTON, on April 26 1874. His wife and children moved to San Saba County, where Iscoe/Coe married Susan "Sudie" BROWN, Sarah Sutton married Claud CARR, and Emma Linne Sutton married William Adolphus JONES. I am interested in sharing mutual information, and in particular learning about Phillip D. SUTTON, his birthplace, marriage date and place, and details of his death.

This Hanna, according to family lore married an indian maiden in Indian Territory before coming to Texas. Time frame is unknown to me but believe this to be in the area of San Saba County.

I know some other general info if any of that is helpful. My husband is a RIMMER and they all go back to TN and NC and that is where I stop. I have quite a bit of RIMMER info and am seeking this line of descendants. Any help would be appreciated.

San Saba Cemetery Records John married Sarah Frances PETTY daughter of Eli PETTY-and Sarah Theresa STEPHENS- on 26 Oct 1870 in Franklin County, Tennessee. Sarah was born 10 Mar 1854 in Franklin County, Tennessee. She died 24 May 1886 in San Saba County, Texas. They had the following children: i. Arthur Petty FAGG-was born 1873 and died 1909. ii. Claude Williams FAGG was born 8 Jan 1877 and died 2 Jan 1951. iii. Edwin Earl FAGG was born 10 Oct 1881 in probably, San Saba County, Texas. He died 27 Jul 1966 and was buried Jul 1966 in San Saba, Cemetery, San Saba County, Texas. Is anyone researching the fagg family.
