• Stirpes – Quarterly magazine with helpful research articles, county records, family histories, reviews, queries, and other articles of genealogical interest. Back issue of Stirpes are available for $8.00 per copy, shipping and handling included and as long as supply lasts. For information, contact Robert E. Clegg, 1 Meadow View, Victoria, TX 77904.
• Queries – Each member may submit free queries for publication in Stripes. Queries are limited to 75 words each and must have a Texas connection. Send articles and queries to the editor.
• State Conference – TSGS hosts a two-day state conference each year with workshops and seminar featuring nationally known speakers. The conference also includes vendors, displays, and an awards banquet.
• Awards - Annual awards are presented to individual members for their publications and websites. Students are also eligible to enter projects.

• Publication – Each partner society receives a copy of Stripes.
• Speakers’ Bureau - Each partner Society receives a directory listing speakers and programs.
• District Representatives – A TSGS representative is available to assist societies with programs and projects.
• State Conference – Members of partner societies may attend for the same price as individual members of TSGS. Partner societies receive discounted display space to publicize their projects and activities.
• Awards – Partner Societies may enter their quarterlies, newsletters, and special publications in the annual Writing Awards Contest.
• Web-Site Awards – Partner Societies may enter their Web-Site in the annual Web-Site Awards Contest. Winners are announced at the Annual Awards Banquet.
• Free Notices - Societies are encouraged to submit material about their activities workshops, and publication projects. This material may appear in Stirpes as space allows.
• Grants - Partner societies are eligible for grants to have their quarterlies or publications filmed or scanned. Grants are also available to have county information published. Contact an officer or district representation for information.
• Publications Lists - Each partner society may submit a list of its publications for sale to be included in a compiled list of all partner society publications. The compiled list is available free to all partner societies and may be distributed to libraries with genealogical collections.
