Graveside service is set for 10 a.m. Saturday in the Sweetwater Cemetery under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home. The Rev. Malcolm Brown will officiate. Mrs. Panter was a nurse’s aide and had lived in Snyder for about 15 years. Survivors include three daughters, Valrie Ussery of Eldon, Mo., Julie Isett of Lubbock and Tammie Segura of Sweetwater; two sons, Robbie Ray Panter of San Angelo, Johnnie Dean Panter of Sweetwater; two sisters, Gunda Sanders of Jemez Springs, N.M., and Audrey Croche of Farmington, N.M.; two brothers, Mike Dahl of Farmington and Rue Gaylean of Bixby, Okla; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles and cousins in Snyder.
