Funeral service for Mr. McQuerry, 46, is set for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mark Ballard of the Living Way Church officiating. Graveside service is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Coahoma Cemetery. Born April 23, 1954 in Midland, he graduated from Midland High School in 1972 and attended Arlington Bible College. Mr. McQuerry farmed in Scurry County for 16 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon McQuerry. Survivors include his wife, Debra McQuerry of Midland; a son, Michael McQuerry of Midland; three daughters, Connie McQuerry, Brook McQuerry and Kimberly McQuerry, all of Midland; five sisters, Shelia Green of Andrews, Terry Martin of Mineral Wells, Marjorie Terry of Midland, Julia Collier of Crane and Amy Suggs of Midland; and his mother, Dorothy McQuerry of Midland. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 this evening at Ellis Funeral Home.
